Front of house

The reception function is responsible for delivering all front-of-house services, from call handling and post sorting to ensuring the site is maintained to an excellent standard.

Front of house services include:

  • Incoming call system identifies which Group company the call is for — all calls are answered with the appropriate greeting
  • Answering and transfer of incoming calls for the group companies
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • First point of contact for all visitors to the office,
  • Maintenance of presentation standards of the office, which is used as a working showroom for clients.
  • Training of all new staff on the telephone system
  • Maintenance all office equipment eg. printers, faxes
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Booking meeting rooms and parking spaces
  • Providing refreshments
