The Momentum personnel service looks after all HR related matters for the group companies and is also responsible for the effective running of the offices including equipment, telephones and front of house.

Personnel services include:

  • Payroll, P45, P60, P11Ds
  • Commission and benefit schemes
  • Credit cards and expenses: co-ordination and reconciliation
  • Contracts
  • Policies and procedures
  • Personnel administration: personnel file maintenance
  • Holiday and sickness records: maintenance and quarterly reporting
  • Recruitment: interview and selection
  • Induction: coordination and delivery of 3 month induction period
  • Appraisals: coordination, delivery, training and documentation
  • Progress meetings: coordination, delivery, training and documentation
  • Training and development: coordination and documentation
  • Investors in People: coordination, delivery and accreditation
